TOPIC: HSCC website and forum

MAIN POINTS:

• How do I get to the Forum? First click on Forum on the HSCC website main page menu (above):
• You will need to sign in with your Username and Password to access the forum

• How do I use the forum to ask questions?
• Browse the Categories - check if there is already an answer to your question by clicking on the category that best fits your question, e.g. Office Questions (ie Word or Excel)

• Look through the subjects to see if your question has already been asked, if not:
• Click NEW TOPIC to ask your question
• Make Subject meaningful, ie summary of question

• Then describe your question in as much detail as possible

• Reply to other users questions, or quote their question by clicking on the REPLY or Quote buttons on the right hand side of the screen

And remember, "if you stop asking questions, you stop learning" (Tuffsy 2014).
